Flash Banner not working

Pls note header flash banner working properly on internet explorer but not display in Mozilla Firefox only white background appear in mozila firefox

 

I write following code in catalog/includes header.php to view flash movie .

Secondly u check there is not space between product image and text on main frame .Please tell me how i increase the space between text and product image .On which file main frame table inculded.
