Perplexed?

Have made multiple changes to site, adding 2checkout, paypal standard. Modules installed and reinstalled. On my system, nothing is on checkout page except check or money order. This is the same on any computer I enter the site on.

 

My daugther, in another state, has all of these available to her if she tries to check out

 

Any ideas would be helpful!!!!!!! Am also not able to enter any images thru admin, but can manually enter them into the database. I have gone thru my config file with a fine tooth comb and find nothing out of the ordinary
