Guest
Yet another PayPal IPN question--- First, our customers places product into their shopping cart and then goes through all of the checkout process and gets to PayPal ready to pay for the product. Then, for some reason, decides that they do not want to complete the order or at least not at this time. So they either hit the cancel button or just exit PayPal and not return to the storefront. OK, I can understand why this might happen. HOWEVER, when we look at the orders in the store's catalog listing of placed orders, the canceled order is listed just as if it had been paid and not canceled. One good thing is that PayPal does not send a payment notification; but that's confusing because we tend to wonder why there is an order without any payment notification. Is there some way to automatically delete this canceled order from our order listing? Having it there really screws up order reports. Thanks for the help that someone can give me!
