Authorize.net Credit Card SIM 3. Paypal website Payment Pro(Us) Direct Payments 4. Paypal Express Checkout 5. Paypal website payments standards 6. Paypal website payment pro(Uk)Direct payments 7. As for the modules, there's no need to install most of those since they are duplicates, from the customers point of view. But the ones you want to install are available in the contributions section.
