lightining Posted November 19, 2008 Share Posted November 19, 2008 Hi - I'm new to do with anything about creating website and i have just gone through the process of trying to install the Oscommerce package, I get this warning once i completed the installation Warning: Installation directory exists at: /customers/XXXXX.co.uk/XXXXX.co.uk/httpd.www/catalog/install. Please remove this directory for security reasons. Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /customers/XXXXX.co.uk/XXXX.co.uk/httpd.www/catalog/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file. When i installed i never entered any permission numbers like '777' etc. Is my installation all wrong?
