Hi, I need something simple:

 

In the process of purchase, when I come to the site checkout_payment.php I added two fields:

 

<input type="radio" name="org" value="school1" />

<input type="radio" name="org" value="school2" />

 

I want to do is that after selecting one of two options, continue the process of buying and then completing the purchase process, in the mail confirmation, get the name of the organization selected.
