Guest
Hello, I'm just starting out and am trying to have the site in Australian Currency. I keep getting the following errors: Warning: The primary exchange rate server (oanda) failed for Australian Dollar (AUD) - trying the secondary exchange rate server. Error: The exchange rate for Australian Dollar (AUD) was not updated via xe. Is it a valid currency code? As far as I know AUD is the valid currency code, I've also tried 'AU' and 'AUS' but keep getting the same error. Anybody know what I should be doing instead? Any assistance much appreciated. Thank you, Kylie Cooper

ABCommerce!
http://www.oanda.com/site/help/iso_code.shtml AUD is the correct code. If your site is in AUD then you just need to enter the prices for your products in the admin, there is no need to convert them. Add the AUD currency such as; Title: Australia Code: AUD Symbol Left: Symbol Right: AUD Decimal Point: . Thousands Point: , Decimal Places: 2 Last Updated: 11/18/2008 Value: 1.00000000 Then if you need it in another currency you can update the other one. Don't forget to set AUD as default and make the update in english.php define('LANGUAGE_CURRENCY', 'AUD');
