planetdoral Posted November 14, 2008 Share Posted November 14, 2008 This is a fairly new site, and although it is functioning, we are not seeing the inventory numbers change when products are purchased. I've checked my settings according to what I've seen documented, but to no avail. Has anyone else experienced this? and if so, what fixed it? Under Stock: Check Stock Level = True Subtract stock = True Allow Checkout = True Mark product out of stock = Out of Stock Stock re-order level = 1 Under Product Listing: Display Product Quantity = no We don't want the quantity available listed on the site because we want people to still order if there is not enough stock to fill their order, as turn around on stock refill is only about 2 days.
