wayneoscommerce
Hi. A customer placed an order yesterday and received the auto-confirmation email. We received confirmation of her PayPal payment (Paypal standard payments) but there is no order from her listed on our osCommerce admin - orders. She set up an account which I can see, and she completed the order but for some strange reason the order is missing. We had to call her to get the details of her order. We have since received orders and they seem fine as we see those orders in the admin section. Does any one have any suggestions why this happened and how to prevent it from happening in the future? I've seen this with a store where the order had been processed but allocated an order number of zero (i.e. checkout_process or the paypal IPN module had skipped the next order number in the sequence) I did not ever discover why this had happened but I was able to view the order details via phpMyadmin - if you can access your database that way have a look in the orders table to see if you have order #0 Graeme
