rodolfo6 Posted November 11, 2008 Share Posted November 11, 2008 Hello, all I have a problem with the transfer of an osc-shop and I need some help and advice. I have an OSC shop installed on one website. Now I must transfer the shop to another website with a different URL/domain. Both shops, the old and the new one, have HTC and STS installed. I copied the complete admin folder and the catalog folder to the new website, replacing the existing folders and files. It does not work. When accessing the shop, the home page is displayed correctly at the beginning. However, all following transactions are somehow transferred and executed at the old shop wit the different URL. Question: what could be the cause that the shop’s operation returns to the old site and what can I do to get the shop properly installed and working. I really would appreciate any help. As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues.
