As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. Make sure that the permissions on all of the folders are set to 755, and if that does not work then set them to 777. Make sure that the includes/configure.php file and the admin/includes/configure.php file are set to 777 for the duration of the install. Once the install is complete reset to 644, 444, or 400 depending on your server setup. i changed to all of them and still see no change.. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Your provider knows the characteristics of the server that your web is located - Linux, what version of PHP, etc. You may be dealing with a hardware/sofware issue that is beyong your control, and you need to conact the people that are in control of the software and hardware that is providing your web service.
