I just installed Order IP Recorder v1.0 by Acheron

All works fine, but I got a error message from Admin =>customer order =>invoice or packing slip

 

 

 

1054 - Unknown column 'ipaddy' in 'field list'

I just added the 'ipaddy' in phpmyadmin, and I made a order for test, but IP address showing "IP Address:ddd" in the ==> admin==>customers==>orders, Anyone can help me with that? thanks!
