Does anyone know how to replace this with the appropriate page heading ?

That can be found in catalog/includes/languages/english/index.php. Look for

  define('HEADING_TITLE', 'Let\'s See What We Have Here');

Not sure what you want to change it to but you could try the contributions for header tags control. I think that offers what you might be lokking for.

I want o change "Lets see what we have here" on each page witht the relevant header. For example if i have a category " Cameras " The header msut read " Cameras " instead of "Lets see what we have here "
