ozEworks Posted November 7, 2008 Share Posted November 7, 2008 There is not logoff process on the site that is part of checkout. So you are saying once you press continue on the checkout_confirmation.php page you are send to where? the home page? What payment option are you using at the time? Here it´s named PagSeguro. That´s the payment option I choose. Once I return from there, after click on Return to Shop, the page Login.php opens. The shopping cart is now empty and I´m logged off. ozEworks Posted November 8, 2008 Share Posted November 8, 2008 Sounds like you are losing your session. You using sessions or forcing cookies? Are you running under SSL? Ozzie Gal Posted November 9, 2008 Share Posted November 9, 2008 This is basically the same issue I am having only the loggoff occurs when the "checkout" button is pressed, the customer logs in again and their cart is empty. I use SSL for login and checkout ect. ozEworks Posted November 10, 2008 Share Posted November 10, 2008 I process an order using bank payment (I think) and it went thru but it is not running under SSL. I click on My Account and it remains http:// and not https:// so have you turned SSL off? If I go to your SSL page I get an SSL error and it says the certificates belongs to another domain. I did not try the CC payment method but yor issue with that is possibly you have the return URL set up wrongly. Some payment methods needs an explicit return URL and others do not. ozEworks Posted November 11, 2008 Share Posted November 11, 2008 You do not need to use SSL but you should check why your site run under SSL is picking up someone else's certificate. IF you do not have SSL then you should get a different message to what is happening now. You need to lfind out what is happening there. Since I successfully proceesed an order using the second payment option (bank transfer?) and I got to checkout_success and the confirmation email etc. I do not think the problem you have is to do with your site. I think it is to do with the Credit Card payment method you have. I did not test that beyond getting as far as their site. If when you return from that you do not get to checkout_success then that usually points to the fact that it is not set up properly. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
