If you only offer 1 currency ($) remove the option to select currency in the header.

 

Your product thumbnails are the original image resized rather than a true thumbnail. Look in the contribs for a thumbnail contribution. Will mean your thumbnails look better and load quicker.

 

I would change the heading text from the default what have we here etc etc in specials and your product pages.

 

In contact details there is no postal address or phone number, this would put me off and depending where you trade from may be illegal (unless it's somewhere else)

 

Privacy/Conditions seem to be the same text. If so loose one of them or make them different. Couple of errors in there to - have a quick look at it via your browser to see what I mean.

 

When adding a product to the cart I see this message

 

Products marked with ***This product may take 5 to 10 business days to deliver*** dont exist in desired quantity in our stock.

You can buy them anyway and check the quantity we have in stock for immediate deliver in the checkout process.

 

I would remove that and the statement next to the product about delivery time and just put this in your terms and conditions. Make customers accept prior to checking out.

 

On registration you ask for the post code - should this not be zip code, seems 1/2 american half british - go one way or the other.

 

In check out I'd change the text for the delivery method from flat rate (best way) to something a bit more personal.

 

I noticed I did not get to choose a size for my products - is this right?

 

Overall I really liked the feel of the site and most of the things I've said wont take you 2 minutes to sort! :thumbsup:

Hi,

 

I have been having an issue with massive KB on my images and I have gotten them all resized. I think it will slow your loading down if you have them at that size.

Unfortunately I don't know how to tell you to go about doing that but I would certainly follow up on the size.If you click on properties on your image you will see how big your images are then go to other sites and click on theirs and see.

 

I think anything from 2kb up to 20 kbs is acceptable. anything over that and it will really take too long to load and the customer will have left a long time before the page gets finished loading.
