Guest
I have gone into the product attributes and added a size button and the sizes in the other catagory. How do I get it to now show up on the website under the product.
ozEworks
They should show up automatically. You create a Product Attribute (Option/Values) and then you assign it to one or more Products using the form at the bottom of the Product Attributes. Provided you did that then they show up on the site. If it is not showing up then probably your design did not include the code for it or broke the code for it. But do I really have to have four attributes for every product. I have to add the product opions individually perproduct. Is there a way to have the product show the option. I hope that makes sense. ozEworks
I don't follow you. You can set up a Product Attribute like this: Option: Size Values: 10, 12, 14, 16 Then you can assign them to products: Product A: Sizes 10, 12, 16 Product B: Sizes 12,14, 16 Product C: Sixes 10 So no they don't have to have all values assigned to them. Only the ones that you want.
Guest
I have added size to product options. I have added the s, m, L, xl, to the option values. Now I have to go in and add the prduct attributes 4 times for one product. I have a blue shirt with 4 attributes one small, one medium, one large. one XL. is that the way to do it. So for every shirt I have on the website I will have to put it in the attributes section 4 times.
ozEworks
Yes that is what you do. You have to assign the Attribute you created to every product you want to have use it. There is a contribution that allows you to add Atrributes to Products when editing the Products which makes management of Attributes much easier. You should go have a look for it.
