update order status & comment from Excel

If I sent 50 orders in a day.

 

Then I do this for 50 times:

change those orders status from processing to shipped.

and add tracking NO in comment colume.

also tick Notify Customer Box--an email will be sent via oscommerce.

Then click update button.

 

Can I do all this by import one excel file? coz I got all order NO and parcel tracking NO in excel fomat.

 

I used Multi Order Update before. but I don't like it. This is not the easiest way. also I think this module has a bad interface, very easy to make mistakes B)
