one product = 3 choices?

I am looking for a module (or, I guess another way) to add more options for a customer when selecting a product. For example: A phone that's for sale would have the display options of being $30 with a 12/month contract or $100 with a 6 month contract. Someone please point me in the right direction here?

take a look at Product attributes in your admin
