Changing the names of the Column Headers

Hi guys can anyone help me - write now when the products are displayed they are displayed with "Model" "Product Name+" "Price" and "Buy now" at the top of the columns, I have been desperately trying to change the names of these columns, I want Model to read Part number and Buy now to read Add to Order.

 

I thought that it would just be a matter of editing the english.php but these column headers are nowhere to be found inside there so where are they? Please help if you can
