I'm having a few different problems when I'm trying to access the administrator control panel

first i'm introduced with these errors :

Warning Warning: The Encryption key file is missing.

Warning Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /home/richa123/public_html/admin/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file.

Warning Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file.

im not sure what to do about the encryption key file..i'm an ssl and oscommerce newbie

the configuration files are configured to 644 so i'm not sure what the problem is

Lastly, no modules are showing up in the admin panel, I'm trying to install netbilling and it wont work.

Does anyone have any tips on how to troubleshoot these bugs?

First message is because it is expecting ssl certificate to be installed, so over to you there.

For the next message read the post installation section of the knowledgebase, which is in the documentation of this site.

What did you do to install net biling?

I tried to set the permissions of my config files to 444 but it keeps getting reset back to 644.

i don't understand why i'm getting the encryption key error also

any ideas?

I set the file permissions to 444 through the control panel so that solved the error with the configure.php files

I still get the error that says "Warning: The Encryption key file is missing."

and the last, worst problem is that none of my modules are showing up in the admin panel

any ideas? (i will even pay for your knowledge)
