frustrated1 Posted November 3, 2008 Posted November 3, 2008 I recently installed UPS Choice, which I love, but it's automatically adding 10lbs to every item and I need to know how to reset it to zero. Right now, an item I have listed at 2lbs. is having its shipping weight calculated at 12lbs and a 20lb item is calculated at 30lbs, etc. Please tell me how to get it to stop automatically adding 10lbs to each item. ktshannon Posted November 3, 2008 Posted November 3, 2008 check os commerce admin config in the main config packing/shipping and see what the default weight buffer is... most likely the case. If not then it was installed impoperly.
