Cart total before checkout?

Sorry if this is an old request, but I can't find the answer!

 

We offer quantity discounts, and my customers want to know their total with discounts before going through the checkout process.

However, standard cart does not show total cost with discounts until after payment info is provided (like cc number).

 

Anyone know how to modify the cart to include all the order_total modules?
