How to change the some box heading text

Hi there,

 

I have already changed many of the boxes in the standard way but have got stuck with these ones:

 

Change "New Products for November" to "Suggested Reading for November"

Change "Manufacturer" in the product listing to "Author"

Change "Product Name" in the product litsing to "Book"

 

I have already changed "Manufacturer" to "Author" in the drop drown box on the left.
