markw10
I am currently using Google Base feeds with my website but am interested in possibly looking at comparision shopping sites such as Nexttag, Shopzilla, Shopping.com, Bizrate, Yahoo Shopping, MSN Shopping, Pricegrabber, and Pricescan. It seems like most of these are cost per click services. Are there any that you only pay when someone purchases? I have no clue how many clicks we'd get but I have concerns of getting a high bill from a lot of clicks from people with no intent to purchase. Also, we sell electronics such as computers and accessories, a/v accessories and video games and am wondering which comparison site would work best for the type of business we have. I'm also open to other marketing ideas. We have only been active for approximately 2 months so want to get the word out there about our website. Thank you for assistance. None of them work solely based off of a "click per sale" so that concern is very well founded. The only deal that sounds "up your alley" that I'd heard of was from Amazon. If I still have my story straight, they had as low as a 0.00 cost per click as long as it was an item not already listed in their store. Depending how unique your product line is, it may be something to look into.
