MontanaMan Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 Hello: I have an OSCommerce site at http://www.kashuen.com , and I have submitted my items via a tab-delimited file. The items are successfully uploaded and are listed as searchable. Then the items disappear for no reason. Here is what might be the problem: Recently, I used Ultimate SEO URLS to change the site from ".php?prodid=" type of URLs to simple html type URLs. I think Google took down our products because they weren't a direct match to the new URLs. I've re-submitted with the correct html-style URLs, but after they are accepted, the items get taken down after a few days. The items I am resubmitting have the same ID numbers as the previous ones that were taken down. Before changing to Ultimate SEO URLs, there were no problems with Google Base. Can anybody help me solve this problem? Is there someone at google I can contact about this? Thanks!!

As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues.
