No access to account or payment - post migration issue

It doesn't look too pretty right now but I'm concentrating on functionality before design - after migrating this site to a different host account in order to set it up for a new client and use it as a "template" I found that I can no longer click through to login or set up a new account or go to the payment pages.

 

The files are there, the links are correct but nothing i do will get them to click through.

 

If anyone can heklp then I'd really appreciate it.

 

I think it could be the way I transfered files over, I've got a public html and a private html foler, what should I put in the private one?

FIXED - I needed to have a symbolic link between the private and the public html on the server.

 

It was just a radio button to click, under the domain setup.
