Guest Posted October 31, 2008 Share Posted October 31, 2008 I installed UPS Choice 1.8.3 shipping module a little while ago and I can not seem to get it to display any rates in the order confirmations. Actually, I am not even sure what part of the checkout the rates should be showing. Should it be on the Shipping Confirmation page or the final order confirmation page? It should also be noted that the reason I installed the module is because the previous UPS shipping module was not showing rates either. * The settings for the shipping module are configured * The origin city zip code has been set in configuration * Weights have been added to all products * All other shipping modules have been disabled. Having the same problem as well. Error I am getting is: We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping. Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown.
