Uninstall oscommerce

Hallo,

 

1)I'm a new here and would like to ask how is it possible to uninstall this shop from the server in correct way?

 

 

2)In the folder Extras there is a HTML : upgrade-22rc1.html. How I understand it's some upgrade after installation? How should it be installed?

you can ignore that file since you are not upgrading from rc1.

 

correct way to uninstall osc? depends on what you mean by 'uninstall':

 

1. completely remove it from server: delete everything via FTP including database via phpMyAdmin or site control panel;

 

2. delete all files as in 1 above but keep the database if you want to.

2.if I install shop again, should I install INSTAL/instal.php and after it upgrade-22rc1.html from the folder extra?

I want know how I should install this shop in order to know that is the last version? Where can I see the version?
