Setcom module

I have installed the Setcom module on two sites.

 

I have followed the installation instructions carefully - one site is new and the other has been running for a while.

 

For both when testing I get this error:

 

1146 - Table '.....database.TABLE_SETCOM' doesn't exist

 

The table definately is there.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
