Product not in orders

Hello,

 

I have a problem someone recently purchased a dress from this website http://www.savannahblu.co.uk/index.php however it was a upcoming product the payment went through on PayPal but it did not appear in the orders in the admin. Does anyone know why this happened? is there away to turn off the option to buy upcoming products
