English.php Language Wont Load In Admin

Hi,

 

I have a problem tha's driving me crazy.

 

I have recently moved a site to a new server and now when I login to admin I get the following error...

 

The paths are exactly as they should be - I have checked with a couple of other people, even tech support..and the front end of the site works too.

 

From what i can see, include(includes/languages/english/) should be include(includes/languages/english.php/) ?????
