This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file. Where I can Edit this setting. Please Help Me. TQ

You do that with either an ftp program or your hosts control panel. Find a place in your cPanel and make it "read only". If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
