Product info page - stretched image - anyone help?

Hi there,

 

Wondering if anyone can help me out with this one. I am helping get an oscommerce installation up and running properly. The shop has been setup and it is running oscommerce 2.2.

 

Items with photos have been added and they are displayed on the site. The images work fine when all the different products are displayed. The problem is when the user clicks on the product the image on the left (see link below) is stretched and the model/dress is strecthed horizontally.

Is there a way i can get the images not to appear stretched? Any tips?
