I have decided that oscommerce-2.2rc2a seems to offer a lot more flexibility and wish to devlop another online shop using it. However, I am new to oscommerce-2.2rc2a and but am learning fast. I find the challenges it presents very interesting and stimulating. Can anyone recommend a good reference book to help me along the way and answer all my many queries ? I have looked at several which cover the likes of PHP, MySQL and Apache well but can find nothing which specifically deals with OSCommerce. Is there such a book? A great place for newbies to start Road Map to oscommerce File Structure DO NOT PM ME FOR HELP. My time is valuable, unless i ask you to PM me, please dont. You will get better help if you post publicly. I am not as good at this as you think anyways! I haven't read them personally but he's a regular on these forums and his posts have been very helpful over the years so I assume they are very good. Hi Guy, Thanks for the pointer to clubosc and the osc books site. Some interesting titles which I will examine further! I am now using a book by David Mercer which has been really helpful. It has increased my desire to learn more and I have just ordered a book by Monika Mathe as well! I am a glutton for punishment.
