IIS sessions

Can anyone help me with IIS sessions.

 

I believe its not setup correctly after reviewing others PHPinfo

 

I can see

 

 

MINE

 

session.save_path \\cp4sharedstore2\expressphpsessions$

I believe in my admin section i requested them to be saved under tmp which is located under catalog

 

 

As well as session id

 

Currently session.name PHPSESSID

 

Should it be

 

session.name = osCsid

 

 

I don't believe my sessions are storing correctly as my create_account will not work nor will my shopping cart section once i try to complete checkout it advises me the cart is empty
