So .. is there a fairly simple way for me, the store admin, to log onto an account that one of my customers has created (without knowing or changing their password) and set up their cart with a recommended order.... so that they can then log in, see their cart with the stuff I added, and then checkout with it and enter in all of their purchasing info... cc#, etc. Thanks!
