I am a complete moron newb, are there set-up instructions for idiots somewhere on here that I am not finding?

I read all this stuff and my brain just says "derrrrrr..huh?"

 

I don't suppose there are any video tutorials on the set-up process, adding catalog items and pics, uploading and such?

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated,
