Where is the grand total?

Hi

 

On our store we are having a bit of a problem with a customers order total after a discount coupon has been used. When they goto Paypal the correct amount is displayed (taking into account the coupon) but on the order page we seem to be missing a 'Grand Total'

 

You can see an example here:

Can anyone recommend a solution/contribution?
