How can I import an excel e-mail list of my contacts?

Hi everyone,

I have a list of contacts with e-mail in excel. I need to know the way to import this list into mu osc database to start promoting my new products. Is it possible?

I would say make a dump file from the original customer database in phpmyadmin to excel, find the excel set up from the database, copy past the new email and contactsummary and the include/import the new file, al done by for example Phpmyadmin.

 

Or install a newsletter contribution and work around the above mentioned..

 

It should be easily installed if you know some about import and export from a database

 

Don't forget to backup the database files !!!!!
