Hi all!

I have a doubt maybe is possible or somebody saw something

I need a ecommerce solution for differents libraries, each one have to upload differents products, and each one only have to make access to the products that its upload. Is possible to do this with only one oscommerce?

I need each library upload its products on a site by their own. Is a site that group differents libraries.

Hope somebody had this problem!

It sounds like this has elements of the Multi-Stores multiple shop system but I have no clue whether someone ever added special admin pages for each shop to add it's own products. Maybe there are better contributions.

Multi Stores will do that, as it incorporates Admin Access With Levels. However, Multi Stores is not MySQL 5 compatible and as most hosts are now changing over to MySQL 5 I no longer see Multi Stores as a viable contribution. Given the size of it (it is virtually a fork of osCommerce) I cannot see anyone taking on the job of upgrading Multi Stores for MS2 to MySQL 5, nor can I see Multi Stores capability ever being written for the unreleased MS3.

 

There is another cart which has multi-store capability already built into it, and is MySQL 5 compatible.
