(Best Fit) edited on Admin Orders page

I have looked for the solution everywhere here and I am either overlooking it or just simply cant find it. Thus, I apologize up front if this is posted a gazillion times somewhere else. I need to be able to remove the (Best Fit) from the orders page in admin in the shipping area. I have a customer that doesnt want it there. I would like to be able to do some other things to the admin site as well but I cant remember how to edit it. :(

If you're referring to FLAT RATE "Best Way" in shipping, log In to your osc admin panel. It's under MODULES>>SHIPPING.
