Guest
Hi all and thanks in advance for your help :) I'm trying to edit this line from the top of my index.php file: Welcome back USERNAME! Would you like to see which new products are available to purchase? I want to delete: Would you like to see which new products are available to purchase? I can't find the file where I can edit this section - does anyone know? :) Carrie

Guest
Woo hoo it worked! Thank you so much... Hey if you have a second, I can't seem to get an answer to one other question I posted - do you have a second to take a look? Thanks! I'm trying to set Conditions of Use as a required field during the checkout process. I'm using version 2.2 The instructions on this page: http://www.oscommerce.info/kb/osCommerce/A...nfiguration/234 Say to edit the settings in the Admin>Configuration>Regulations section. There is no Regulations section in Admin>Configuration in the version I'm using I was told to read this: http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/5750 But I still don't see actual instructions on how to make this happen. Thanks for any advice you can give :) Carrie includes/languages/english.php
dmnalven
"addons" typically include php code modifications that must be made to the standard, base osC installation. Download the addon, read any documentation that it comes with (including installation instructions), review any support thread for the contribution, decide whether or not to implement this solution, post to the support thread any problems including any instructions that may not be clearly conveyed. This is not the forum within which to discuss contributions in general and any one contribution in particular. And yes, the general osC instructions that you refer to are sadly out of date in regards to the current default install.
