Any advice for a training site...

I have used OSCommerce to build the store portion of our site which will be selling training DVD's and videos for Computer Animation and I had a question I was hoping someone had an answer for.

 

Our site has about 25 to 50 hours of video content that we are going to make available as a subscription service and I am a little lost as to how I can build out the subscription area.

 

I need to be able to allow somone access to subscription content (which has all been converted to flash video) but we don't want to make it blatantly easy for someone to download the video.

 

What I am looking to do, basically, is mimic how YouTube handles their videos. I guess a better comparison would be a porn site. We need to create links to the video pages (which are built already) so that the videos themselves can not be downloaded (at least not easily - anything can be hacked).

 

Is there a commercial or opensouce solution for this? Or will I have to code the whole thing myself?

 

ANY info would be GREATLY appreciated.
