categories and subcategories text listing on mainpage

I was wondering if there are any mods available that display the categories and subcategories like seen on http://www.cheappetstore.com/. Any suggestions are welcome, thanks for your time!

There is a contributions for bullets in front of the categories. Just change the image to any that matches your site3.

As far as the center links you can add html code to includes languages yourlanguage index.php to line 13

I apologize for not being more specific in my original posting, what I was looking for was where the categories and subcategories are listed in the center of the page on http://www.cheappetstore.com/ (presumably in the index.php file in oscommerce) dynamically based on pulling the categories and subcategories from the DB and displaying them. I only wanted to display this on the index page where the "MAIN_TEXT" would be displayed.
