replacement Image Blurry

On my template there are a few image designs, when i replace them with my own design but the same dimension and type as original it comes out blurry on my webiste is there a solution for that

Upload the images via FTP in Binary Mode. If you use ASCII Mode or if you let FTP use Auto Mode the images can get corrupted.
