EBSAgent Posted October 20, 2008 Share Posted October 20, 2008 I just discovered that when comments are added to the customer's order, they can see what is written. For example, they go into their account to check on order status, they will see a list of comments that have been made concerning their account. Some of the comments are for our "eyes" only and not for the customer to see. Does anyone know how this can be modified so that we can add notes without the customer seeing them? Thanks a lot!
