add special product attribute

Hi there everyone,

 

I have established a shop and I would like to add a certificate to products that follow the guidelines in that certificate(CO2 neutral). To four products I would like to add a check box which a customer can check. By checking the customer will go for a CO2 neutral product. Next to that checkbox this text will be added to explain that choice

When one clicks on the link in text next to the check box I would like to have a pop-up of the certificate. When the customer checks the check box and orders the product the CO2 price should be added to the product price.

Is there any add on/contribution or easy way to do this? I am still pretty new to OSC and product attributes so I appreciate all the help you can give me.
