Is it possible to use the CMS without signing in and without actual payment transfer?

Hi,

I'm considering to use the oscommerce cms as I heard it is really great, but I'm not sure if it completely fits my needs.

I want to let people order products through the system but I don't want them to pay through it but rather through phone or money transfer. Is it possible to do so?

Also, I don't want people to have to sign in in order to order something, I just want them to fill out a few details but no password.

Is that also possible?

Where can I read about it?

100% possible. there may be an addon for this but i dont know where it would as i myself wont use an addon for this.
