EBSAgent Posted October 18, 2008 Posted October 18, 2008 Does anyone know how to fix a shopping cart error? Our customers are unable to make purchases. They get as far as entering their info and the products they want to purchase and then it gives them an error message and to contact the store. I had someone check our Authorize.net module configuration in our admin section and it appears to be correct. They recommended to reinstall the Authorize.net module, as it might be corrupted. Also, the View Product buttons come up distorted on our site. Any quick fix to this? I would appreciate any advice on how to fix these issues. Thanks!

Sorry you lost your Ouija board. I will find it back, no problem. The crystal ball was really helpful in going through somebody else's code though. Real bummer it broke.
