PayPal Express issues

I have been having loads of issues with PayPal Express.

 

When I tried to test it using sandbox on my site I got the following error message:

 

"You do not have permissions to make this API call"

 

I put in my username and password exactly as in the API request

 

In the 3rd Party API Permissions I have the following checked:

SetExpressCheckout

GetExpressCheckoutDetails

DoExpressCheckoutPayment

 

I had a premier paypal account so I upgraded to a business account and added my API signature to Paypal express as I now have one. I thought that maybe because I didn't have an API signature it was causing error.

 

But since adding it I get the following error message:

 

Security header is not valid

Anyone have any ideas?

Nevermind. I found Paypal IPN and have installed that instead. :)

I've been trying to get that one working for days.

 

How did you do it?

Header security error means one of the details You placed in related to your paypal account is wrong.

 

Plus installing Paypal IPN is simple.Just You need to be sure what goes into configuration.
